why do the hulls pull up both leeward and windward. It seems like this kills the speed. I have seen this in other F20 vids. On a reach my bows want to dig in P-19MX solo sailor. How are you able to get the bows up on a broad reach?
All they need now is some foils on the rudders and a twisty rudder foil adjustment on the tiller extension... and they'll really fly! Lik'n it!! By the way... "dangerously high" is when the boat flying out of the water and breaks. Bummer on the fun meter!!
Awesome, but it looks like putting the board down all the way isn't always a great idea - especially downwind: too much lift, though popping wheelies sure looks like fun.
at the begining of the movie it look more like the crew member is trying to tame a wild horse, the boat just keeps on lifting the front dangerously high, but looks like at the middle of the video that he actually tamed the beast, awesome video.
how on earth does this thing pop wheelies? my h16 hulls want to do nothing but dig into the water.
