Lol heres an easier way to get rid of patches, TAKE OUT YOUR HARD DRIVE OR MEMORY UNIT AND PLAY, the patches will be gone. When you want to play online or want the patches back put your hard drive back in or memory unit. Done. Thats what I did for Black Ops zombies barrier glitch.

But, you have to update the game in order to sign in to Xbox LIVE for it. Clearing your system cache only takes out the patches. If anything else is fucking up, you fucked up.

Put in a USB flash drive download your profile unto that take out your hardrive and then clear cache then do the glitch then put your hardrive back on..... Worked for me with mw2 infinite care package hehehehehe

One thing to mention is...

default setting don't show the clear system cache option...when you go to select your hard drive you'll need to hit the Y button to show you the clear cache etc options.

To watch videos in HD put "&fmt=22" after the watch?v=jksjdkjksj"&fmt=22" (minus the quotes) and for HQ use "&fmt=18"....

When it comes to recording I use a Hauppauge HD PVR, and use Sony Vegas 8.0 to Render it for Youtube.
