And how did she restore Britain's "greatness"? What was wrong with Britain before? Britain in the 60s and 70s was a hell of a better place to live than Britain in the 80s. The only good thing Thatcher did was to stop women saying "It would be better if we had a female PM!"

@ALFHARDY Those industries we were good at were already in decline for most of the 20th century due to international competition, the only way to save them in the long term would ber for the UK to ban imports. If you want to blame anyone for the economic and social mess we're in today then blame the globalists and their internationalist agenda, they are behind Britains decline. They even disposed of Thatcher when she refused so sing to their tune over European intergration.
