Yay!! What a great video! Also, I wanted to thank you for your video about overtraining. I am a skiier and have been struggling because my calves are very muscular that ski boots are incredibly painful to wear. I've started overtraining my calves and they've become SO much leaner. I can finally wear ski boots (and fashion boots). Thank you!!
