hey i have this cajon but i cannot get the bass to sound like that. it has a buzzing sound whenever i play rt. how do i get it so sound like this?

christiandrummer23 try tightening the black screws on the bottom of the drum with the L wrench inside of the drum. i have the same cajon and it helped mine tremendously

The Meinl string cajon have a deeper bottom than the snare cajons.

The Meinl Trejon is the best of both worlds (IMO) because the bass is crushing and the snare is tight plus you get a tom section on it!

@808beatbox I have a question: so if the string cajon has a deeper bottom than the snare cajon, how does the pick up cajon compare to these? I know there are a few different types, so I was just wondering.

@gu2ru5 From what I gathered is that they use the pick up on a string cajon model and a snare cajon model. They capture each of the cajon's tonal qualities quite well! C^:)
