Palifiox: don't use neatsfoot oil. It will make your saddle saggy and oily. Use a boot preservative on the underside and use the Brooks Proofide for the saddle overall. It the saddle is cracked and dried out, it might not be salvageable.

Any suggestion for restoring weathered Brooks leather saddles? Neatsfoot oil?
