Hey Josie, I am so happy for you. You have beautiful glow on your face today. Keep up the work you can do it. Are you mixing the protein powder with water? If so try Simply smart milk (Lowfat) it will give you 10 more carbs for 8 oz.. Good luck. I have to do this Bada Bam 5 stars for you!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you. I am mixing it with water because on the tube it said to mix with water, it didn't mention milk. I was wondering if I could use milk because one of the flavors I got was strawberry cream and I think it would be great with milk! so if it doen't mention milk can i still use the powder with milk? I got Isopure protein powder. :)

Sure you can use milk my dietitians recommended it. It you are not familiar with simple smart milk google it. It is made by hood. I use the fat free one. It taste great and a bonus 10 carbs!
