1st off Christie is my #1 favorite character but i don't like how in the movie they cast a white girl to play her?.... I mean Christie is based off of Tyra Banks and Tyra is BLACK NOT WHITE...not saying that Christie should have been played by Tyra or a black woman but i don't think she should have been played by a white woman...?

eddy, raven, Anna, Nina, law, brain and heihachi were spot on when it comes to appearance. jin was OK and kazuya's story was kinda OK. but CHRISTIE, JUN, MIGUEL and STEVE were very wrong especially CHRISTIE their was no similarities at all. fist of all shes not a white american doing MMA shes an afro Brazilian who dose capoeira second her story was completely wrong and her out fit too. and Steve was not in T2 neither dose he know jun and he's not oldish. and jun is not dead or oldish looking.

Anna, Nina, Law, Brian, Yoshimitsu, Heihachi, Eddy, Christie and Jun were OK! Raven was 100% Raven! and Jin was 50/50! BUT WTF WERE STEVE AND KAZUYA, THERE WAS NO FAMILIAR POINT!!!!! I mean 4 Steve u could pick a 14 years old Kid with Long Blond Hair! and it would be better, Same 4 Kazuya!! but the Biggest F´´´´ Point of this Mvie was 1. tha Cloth!,,, oke there were good ones like brian Eddy etc. BUT JIN Withe Flame Red Gloves? Kelly overton as Christie? Has no one noticed that Christie isn't fucking white? Thats a HUGE difference. Then below me we have Nicky who points out that "GoGo" from Kill Bill can't play Xiaoyu because Xiaoyu is Chinese and GoGo Japanese, well i'm not trying to sound racist here, but who can tell the fucking difference? She looks like Ling and we do a good job in my eyes at least they're both fucking asian. But no one bats an eylid about Christie? just seems INSANE to me.

The actors did Amazing it in i must admit at first i was annoyed that Christie wasnt like Eddy cause they are both from the same place and Jin was to skrawny for me but Luke goss who played steve Fox BLEW my mind away i fell in love all over again the old guy was amazing and Raven all did amazing the acting was great but the whole Jin/Christie WTF! lol but over all it was a great movie loved the effects and such acting was great as well :)

To tell the truth, they did an amazing job picking out the actors to portray the characters. You don't see all of the Tekken crew, and it's true not all look like the characters but most are minor things like color or eyes and such. I enjoyed this movie, probably one the better video game movies made to date.

This movie disapointed the hell out of me...smh. Were they high while they were putting together the cast!!! About 1/4 of the cast is acceptable. But were they so damn stupid that they made christie white instead of brazilian. The signature moves didnt match most of the characters either. The only character i thought was descent was Eddy Gordo. The rest was like "Oh lets just match the rest with random people."

personally. all you guys are binning the movie off and saying its rubbish but i reckon it was decent. they got the characters they chose to feature all right. the storyline wasnt a copy of any of the games, which is always a bonus. (i mean watching the same story but in real life form is cool and all, but seeing it over and over is just boring. it's better they made a extended story) Movie + game is different, so get used to it...
