Downie was making a play on the puck, and McAmmond was admiring his pass. Downie's hit while LEGAL, was dirty, but 20 games for him and 0 for this clown is ludicrous.

He should be penalized for leaving his man at center? He did leave his feet, but he did not lead with his elbow and he definitely didn't charge. He was given a charging penalty at the time, but if you watch the one replay, he took no more than 2.5 strides in the zone and coasted most of the way back. The hit was dirty and deserved a suspension, but the lack of response to Sutton is inexcusable and shows the league's blatant inconsistency when dealing with these matters.
