  • Thanks a lot for stopping by. I can't believe you watched all my vids AND made comments on all of them! You rock, man. See you around.

  • God is not real. The next NDOP give blood or give some food to a food bank. talking to yourself won't help anything.

  • is good to question yourslef but you have to seek the true, read the bible and ask questions.if you read the whole chapter of isaiah 45 that jfz point out you see what god is saying and is not bad.

  • And so you feel that I am not seeking the truth? So anyone who reads and believes the bible is by definition seeking the truth? I don't know if you can see your fallacies here, but they are blatant and laughable. It's not even worth my time to say any more to you.

  • this go out for people who haven't read the bible in youtube you will see things like this.and make you question yourself and loose faith.

  • Matthew 6:5-6 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father in secret shall reward thee openly.

  • So, what's your point? You got any ideas of your own up there? Check out this one by Oscar Wilde: "Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation." Never stop asking questions.

  • So your point is about "Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions" so your criticizing my quote with a quote lol good point! not

My point is religion is shoved down your throat yet the Bible says don't do that. point taken?

  • Hey Brit, thanks for the msg. When I use a quote, it's to illustrate an opinion of my own. When YOU use a quote, the quote IS your opinion, especially when the Bible is simply regurgitated word for word, as Xns love to do. Sorry but I can't respect that one bit. Why not prove me wrong and just tell me ONE single opinion you may have which directly contradicts anything in the Bible.

  • And besides, the passage you quote is as much an argument for why a government supported National Day of Prayer should be abandoned, as it is a criticism against anything I have done here. haha

  • God created man, woman, tree of life, and the devil but it was off his hand meaning man ate the apple from the tree of life and one of the angel became a devil and yes god did created these things, thats why he created tree of life. and send his son to save ower sin.

  • I think you might should read verse 9 also.....

9 "Woe to him who quarrels with his Maker, to him who is but a potsherd among the potsherds on the ground. Does the clay say to the potter, 'What are you making?' Does your work say, 'He has no hands'?

  • Yes, woe unto me. So let God strike me dead. Why does ALMIGHTY GOD need YOU to defend HIS word? Well my friend, God knows where to find me. I just hope he doesn't decide to destroy us all on my account.

  • You say those are from the King James Version??? Isaiah 45:7-8 ACTUALLY reads "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things."

  • You cite the NIV which translates the word (Ra`) as "disaster". Others translate it "calamity". I checked the Websters NewWorld Hebrew Dictionary (because i like to research BEFORE speaking) and found Evil translates to Ra` whereas "disaster" and "calamity" tranlates to (ason). "Evildoer" also contains the root Ra`, as does "the evil one, Satan". Adam&Eve ate from the tree of Good and Ra`, NOT the tree of Good and Ason. Gen6:5 God sent the flood because of man's wickedness (Ra`).

  • 2 out of 11 man translations translate it as calamity. Why are all apologetics so ignorant?

  • I hope this helps. There's a short essay about this I found after I returned from the book store which offers more details too, along with an interesting discussion thread. Go to daylightatheism PT org SL 2007 SL 01 SL little-known-bible-verses-v-god-creates-evil PT html

  • And don't forget John 1:3, which also affirms that God created evil: "Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." Such an understanding of evil is consistent with the book of Job as well, in which God delivers destruction and temptation THROUGH a proxy--his servant, Satan. You might think of Satan as God's evil twin, a fable he created to fool the world and himself into thinking He bears no responsibility for evil. Nice try God.
