  • Very very very very good don't know how i got here from runescape but i'm subbing to you for making a very useful guide which u did not have to make. Also looks like you helped many people out great work:)

  • got my shipment quick! these will make great Christmas presents! THANKS!!!

  • i want to tell you how much i appreciate the bee traps. the bees were destroying my home, they make perfect round holes everywhere.i hung the bee traps and the bottles filled up.i don't know if it trapped all of them or if they just went away after seeing the bees in the bottle. thank you for a great product and for saving my home!

  • We bought two bee traps and a tube of bee butter several months ago and couldn't believe how they worked... This man really knows what he is talking about.. We treated the holes that already existed and the traps are still catching bees..... I would recommend these traps and bee butter to anyone!! Thank u so much for solving our bee problem.....

  • Wow You write a comment like don't trust this company . We have been here for three years with only great comments & thousands of satisfied customers . YOU NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED . YOU DONT WANT A REFUND ! You just want to write this junk . Who are you ?? WHATEVER our testimonials on our webpage speak for themselves .I have had trouble reaching our distributor BEE GONE . I offered to help you & not a word .This is Brian Blazer Carpenter Bee Solutions . 256 253 2019 .

  • The company BeeGone, Carpenter Bee Solutions are crooks. I bought 3 Bee traps on April 27 2011, put them up and for three weeks the Bees kept eating my new deck. I called the company to return the traps and they said, “ok” but only after trying to convince me that they do work. I sent two of the three traps back for a refund and after several phone calls and emails almost 3 months later…Still no refund!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

  • @Ian083166 I don't believe you bought this trap. I know it works great for me. You didn't do something right or it would have worked for you too. First year, I still had bees but bottle filled up...second year not as many, this year hardly any...i love my bee traps and will let every one know, they work!!

  • i think bees fucked ur mothers did they ?????????

  • works great!!!

  • Built it just as he did. Worked perfectly. Thanks.

  • Does it trap the queen bee too?

  • @annimal76rn I doubt it...

  • I hammered nails in a bee hole near my window while it was night that worked like a charm

  • I like the way he says carpenter beeeees..lol

  • Amen to that.. Bought one last week. they work swell..

  • Dude I bought 4 of these and they're freaking awesome.

  • Where would the best placement be If the bees were inside a small wooden shed (has windows)?

  • love the way you say alabama

  • This trap is absolutely incredible! As soon as you trap one, you get 10 or more a day! The scent that they give off traps more. Quite often I'll check a trap and will see at least three fresh trapped bees flying around. It sure did save my log house from dozens of nasty holes. Like I said; incredible.

  • This is great ! How is it that they don't come out of the bottle and crawl / fly up and back out one of the 3 other holes?

  • i just ordered a trap (and got some bee butter, too). this is the first time I've had carpenter bees and am too lazy to design and make my own trap. i hope this works! i'll let you know!

  • Built some similar to these 2 yrs ago and they are still catching the nasty wood/carpenter bees out here in central KY

  • Oh my gosh!!

Was skeptical about this, but ordered two traps.

We have a big problem with carpenter bees in Hawaii.

First day nothing...second day there were over 20 in one trap. This trap is No Ka Oi (The best!)

  • wow ill make one!

  • that is the best most super cool be trap i ever seen in my life at my house in vislai cal. a bunch of sand bees those have green black stripes and bunble bees big fat yellow black bees that have big eyes

  • I guess in large numbers these solitary bees must be a bit annoying. When there's only a one or two you can appreciate that they are beautiful and fascinating creatures which pollinate flowers (I have them on wisteria and lavender).

Does anyone know or done a 'marking' experiment to see whether they can relocate their nest if they are released several miles away? It seems a shame to just wipe them out.

  • This is great! I have a barn infested with these bees. I want to build a trap, the only thing I don't know how to get is the threaded thingie that connects the two bottles:-)

  • Hope you are joking.:-)'

It's just two bottlecaps with the tops removed or drilled, and then glued together with some heatshrink tube on the outside.

  • @Duboisi oh you do realise this is against BEES right? You don't need a Rubiks Cube to catch bees, you just need to make a system where they can't get back up. Your attempt at being a smartass was fucking pathetic btw

  • @lolep oh you do realise this was an answer to a person who could not figure out how to make one and ordered a similar design instead right? You don't need a Rubiks Cube to make theese traps, you just need to make a system where they can't get back up. Your attempt at being a smartass was fucking pathetic btw

  • great vid, im going to try to make the traps. Got these guys all under my deck, eating the treated wood, finding holes everywhere. I bought for powder poison, that make a paste, and have been pluging the holes, seems to work. The traps are a good idea, thanks.

  • Hey Brian,

Thanks for the great traps! Been up for 2 weeks now and has cut down on the population by at least two thirds. We'll probably get more bee butter from you. I wish we had discoverd your traps a couple of years ago when we paid exterminators that turned out to be a waste of money. Thanks again for your speedy fullfillment of our order. Fellow youtubers these traps really work!!!!!

  • And to think I've been using a whiffleball bat!

    GENIUS! 5 stars!

  • Win! :D

  • But Brian, how do I get these traps? I am 60 year old woman living alone . . . I cannot walk outside my front door, have had the problem for years but this year it's unbearable . . they are SWARMING now, hundreds of bees right on front steps (wood porch/beams)

Please, doyou make these traps and sellthem?

Do you have a drawing that will tell how to make them?

  • Comment removed

  • Yes we sell them . please check out our customers opinions on our website .

    Thanks Brian

  • Great idea - thanks for sharing. Gotta watch the bee butter video now.

  • What keeps them from going back to their old holes in your house if you use these traps?

  • they check out the trap as a possible nesting site . Then they are trapped . Just the traps alone will rid you of the pests in time . If you need instant wipe out combine the traps with our bee butter .

    Thanks , Brian

  • Damn!!!

  • rednecks always come up with good ideas!

  • good idea,,,
