I'm in Australia (no snow here) and thinking of getting a 690 Enduro. Would you recommend them?

Errr, it was meant as a "relative-to-Europe" comment only. I'm sure everyone realises that there is actually some snow in Australia.
Not really when you travel overseas it makes you realise that plenty of people only know the stereotypes.
They think we all wrestle Crocs and ride Kangaroos.
I guess you're right.
I would totally recomend this bike for Australia, not so much for Europe as we don't have deserts and this is a desert bike. But if you want to tour, long distance comfort with luggage and stuff in that case you're better off with a 990 Adventure
