@KazeShounen The group consist of the three remaining member of Thule, Kuroshida, Golvas Mercurius, and Aenus Lavenheit.

@KazeShounen As the remainding three consider, Liselotte is at odd with them since they want domination and she want destruction. Also, Kanae is still an active member of Thule and so are Golvas and Aenus. In case you missed it, after she was defeated, Golvas summoned her back to him (the yellow magical circle and her slowly fading away.

@hung44 Nah, I didn't missed it, it just didn't looked like they were an allies. I think they fell apart during past century, so each of them have different objective.

@KazeShounen Not actually, 4 out of 7, Liz, Sofia, Fu Manchu, and Valter, did got their own objective, but Kanae, Aenus, and Golvas are still working together, that's why she want to recruit Shuu and Shiori to fill the missing place.

@74ribs Almost of all of their attacks in the game are foreign. Shiori for example speaks Latin when using an spell. There are english ones too.
