You're driving east on East Dolphin Drive, then a left turn (north) on to SE 40th St.... :)

I couldn't agree more. We've been going there every year since 1992 and I finally bought a place (right on the beach) in 2002. It's the best money I have ever spent. BTW, I'm from NJ also.
