hi mary, i don't know of any clubs in limerick. i live in cork during the week, and kerry the weekend. the best club is in tralee on saturdays from 2-4pm. its a good class, no bullies, everyone is really friendly, including the teacher. if you want this address let me know. tae kwon do is hard, but very good for you, especially the stretching

you would n,t know my cousin who trains in tralee.i suppose getting 1st dan is very hard.don,t mind 2nd and 3rd
starting at 30 years old i suppose is too old.i suppose 30 years old is old.
