I think, I help u. First downlode 'Realplayer' with downlodetoolbar its free. Then downlode 'Any Video Converter'. When its done then open youtube and play after that you have seen a down lode tool bar right corner of the screen . then downlode it. Now the convert it to ipod ,so open Any Video Converter add that vidio and select profile mobile phone . And set out poot folder then just press Encode. After that you copy or cut from out put folder and pest on ipod. HAVE FUN.
