  • this is wonderful , that we can grow olive,s in texas and make olive oil .

i have been in west and east texas for over 41 years and didnt know ,of all texas can do for us - i just thought of oil and gas plus heavy industry .

one question - can ,we grow olive trees in east texas - north houston / conroe /woodlands texas ? pls advise us .

  • @sajiad0198 Hi Sajiad- I believe the answer to your question is yes, but to know which varieties are best for that area, give Sandy a call. I posted her website info in the video description. She's very nice and won't mind helping at all. Good luck and send me some olives when you get your first harvest ;-)

  • we have 12 trees on a ranch just north of laredo Texas, they have been in the ground for 3 tears, they get very little care and are doing very well.
