After watching this, and a few tears, I went and put it up on my fiance's computer so he would see it when he got up. I hoped it helped him feel not so alone in knowing he's not the only one dealing with a "crazy person". He loves me so much and tries so hard; I owe him my life so many times over. Ty for posting this so I had something to share w/ him that might help him, too.

So if you get a little hoarse what should you expect to find in your bed? No seriously living with a bipolar spouse is not fun. If the hospital expenses werent enough than the legal expensive (bails bonds, lawyers, damages ect.) is enough to make anyone bipolar, Yes it is catchy. And after all that work your help is never appreciated in fact youre the one who is accused to have caused to mania to begin with. Its walking on Egg Shells, even the way you sleep youre being insensitive.

Mental Illness is not a closed system. I guess I am just questioning the other partner in these diagnosis'. Crazymakers, Gaslighters, Emotional blackmail, and passive agressive narcissism can cause manic-depression symptoms in abusive relations. Examine your closest relationship. Sometimes, they don't want you to heal. They need the scapegoat to make themselves look good.

Ahhh, this is funny to me. You know why? Cause I am the daughter of a manic depressive and my father is the husband of one lol same thing here same thing. Well yeah anyway, I think that my dad is the only one for my mother, he stays there through thick and thin and I really loved this video I related to it very well. (even though I'm the daughter hehehe) It's great to see two people going through the same thing that my dad does....I think I'll tell him to watch this video. Yeah...I will

It is easy to see why Ann and Dick are still married. Dick is a saint. Ann appears to be a bit out of it...still talking about her father's suicide when she was 7 and now she is 66, she has not really "gotten it". She appears to feel like she has had the worse life ever but now is manic because she has become so important by writing her life story and every one at McLean etc want her because she can talk about the 60 year old suicide and get alot of attention for it.

The reason Dick and Ann's marriage has worked is that Dick is a saint. Ann seems to live in the past and her father's suicide at 7 and is very self indulgent and very high on her acheivements with name dropping etc. Perhaps that is what is needed to turn around self esteem and depression
