  • I stopped drinking diet drinks in January 2010, because of side effects of aspartame. You should google aspartame side effects I think you will find it an interesting read. Any way, on a lighter note (no pun intended) 20lbs in 7 weeks! Wow, Michael you are amazing and very inspiring. Thanks for doing these video's.

  • Ya I have heard that aspartame is bad but I am drinking Coke Zero and it has less aspartame in it than many diet drinks. I eventually would like to drink almost all

    water. I'm still a work in progress. But thanks for the advice.
