The Powerchip ECU .. i heard that you have to part your car & ECU for a couple of weeks in order for them to program your ECU,.. but anyways,.. that w220 is sick, a true sleeper! :)

mine is a W220 S430 and only got the resonators & mufflers deleted.. way to go, man!!
