She does legally own the copyrights and 'madalion'.. even Tata sings other peoples songs all the time. she performs britney and leona lewis' songs all the time and not even in her own way just the exact same song, not her own rendition of it.

artists always sing other artists songs they're called 'covers'! and since she legally owns it, its as if tata is singing her cover!
