Wow this is an old chestnut,from '75? How cool,the music you made back then was so great! You still make that great music my buddy Paul. I love the easy style pop melody in this one. hi paul. i listend to both versions just now, this and the solo acoustic take. tough call which i like better. they both have very good things going them. in the intro to the solo version you say you wrote this one when you were innocent. agreed that the lyric is innoncent, but the song is melody driven in a very cool way. i especially like the music of the bridge and very much like that little three note guitar riff (read "hook"). innocent lyric, mature arrangements. very nice, chuck.
