When I was in college they played at the campus hall and came by our house after the show to party (my roommates were in one of the opening bands). They were very cool guys. I was really stoked to talk to John in particular because I have always dug his guitar style and tone (I listened to Naked Raygun a lot when I was younger).

I saw these guys at the Fireside Bowl back when I was in high school and this song has always stuck with me.

It wasn't until now that I realized that the title of this song is actually ironic implying that the tough guy posture these guys always had was kinda ironic too. That's just another level for which to love these guys, I guess...

I saw this video in the early 90's like at 3am and I remember the name of the band and saying man they sound really good and then falling asleep, but i found the tape a few months later and its been one of my favorite CD's now to play drums to.
