Something doesn't sound right here. If they've already paid off their mortgage, they have clear title to that house. Bank of America (BOA) has no claim (lien) on that house. If they own that house "free and clear," they can file charges against BOA for tresspass and theft. I'm skeptical that this story.
They need to fire their attorney, they could easily get 1 1/2 million representing themselves. Should be more like 10 million plus attorney fees and court costs.

They are from another Country, and it might be she is not MILKING it.. just from your eyes. It is a culture thing, most likely.
