i had these shoes for 2 yrs they hurt my feet well i think the sole on the inside r way yo hard and not comfortable(this just my opinion0)

good boots help more with my freekicks and power with shots outside of the gk box. they are light and confortable.

btw these boots are for people who can curve and have alot of power in their shots normally. if u have slow shots these arent gunna help as much as if you did have power

Yeah i would say they would be good for a defender because they have great traction,you can stop on a dime with them and change direction really easily.

lol@some of these INFANTILE comments about the Nike Vapors being better than Predators or vice versa. No shoe will turn you into an overnight Michael Essien. You're either skilled, have great ball control skills - or you DON'T. As a defensive midfielder: these work great for ME. Pele can give you his World Cup match boots, but if you don't have Pele skills...you'll still be CRAP. I'd recommend these for any midfielders.

The predator is more a like a defensive/midfielder kind of boot, and the vapor is more a boot for a striker or a offensive/midfielder. so every boot fits in for a position. :)

@Afrique good point. Some are born with great abilities, some arent. Either way, a pair of boots will impact your game very slightly. Sure get the nice pair of football boots and go train with them 5 days a week if u want to improve. Even the greats practice. so dont go thinking u dont have to because u have expensive footwear.

nike t90 laser 2 are way better than these. I have both of them and t90 are much more comfortable and better to shoot with.
