  • Thing is Lisa, Google provides no proof of invalid clicks. They can disable your adsense today, provide you with no proof, and keep the money they owe you. And they give you a phony appeal, because no one has ever gotten reactivated from the appeal and again, they never ever provide a reason.

  • are you talking about click bombing on your site? Or Click Bombing on Youtube? Because I think there's a difference.

  • I really didn't find this helpful at all, I really don't think waiting for a long time is going to make a difference, people are still going to click bomb you, and you're still going to get banned. I'm still scared to death of being click bombed on youtube.

  • Our site got banned from adsence for someone who click bombed. Imagine that getting penilized for someone elses actions! Can't get a responce from google so we have turned the tables on them and we have banned them! We will not spend any money with them EVER and will spread the word about their messed up system! Just an FYI. It doesn't work and you will not make any real money. It is all BS marketing hype and is not worth your time.

  • Don't advertise with google or youtube. Problem solved.

  • you are spot on my dear because it happened to me

  • I like the your jingle at the end where you sing and rap, you should make it available as a bonus download on your site. :)

  • I ONLY have adsense for youtube and tried putting an ad on my tumblr but tht didn't really work out becaus I COUDL NOT figure out how to make an ad and link it and everything. Should I be fine since I'm not apart of anything else and only adsense through youtube? Can google still get a hold of my ip address and stuff?

  • Good info, thanks.

  • Your great at making videos

  • A friend showed me your videos and i am really glad to know about you !!

I started with google adsense 2 months ago and i am having like 200 visits per day! I think that's not bad for a start. Well my friend taught me many techniques of how to create the blog to have more traffic. I really like your videos. They are very instructional Thank you very much and keep making more videos !!!!

  • i fuckin love you so muchthank you

  • I totally agree Lisa. Your videos are so loaded with free and valuable information that even as an experienced webmaster, I still have a lot to learn from you. But much of what you say, I have experienced. Great stuff!

  • @mlhugh Thank you! Start by reading ThePerfectSiteGuide(dot)com. That free book will give you an overview on how to create a website and make money online.

  • Thanks a lot for this information. I think Google Adsense really needs to do something to protect Youtube Partners from fraud and getting their accounts closed. Its unfair

  • Here's a question. I have 300+ views for today and 0.99% CTR and I have no money what so ever and my total ad clicks are 2 for today. By the way my account is new.

  • mikeGordon coming soon

  • good job

  • is it okay if like you tell some of your friends or family too click ads once a day?

  • A company like Google with the smartest brains that are paid 6 figure salaries to write awesome code should be able to have module built in to the ad delivery system where when it notices a series of clicks from same IP, simply ignores the clicks and pauses the charge to the advertiser.

  • i like ur song :)

  • The problem is more about whether or not the new AdSense users are going to focus on creating original content and promoting their website "the right way" or focusing on making money. I think that's the real problem. Which means: the problem is more about the people, the individual. It's about what kinds of people we are talking about. Saying that people should have 100-200 visitors/day is arbitrary (why 100-200? There are no objective reasons at all). It's more about the people. My pleasure.

  • Good video. Lisa, the reason that people get mad at what you said was because, I think, you looked like you "hate the new AdSense users". They might feel like you sound like "I am succesful and I suffered for it and I don't want new people to get it the easier way". Anyway. I think that AdSense is about experiencing and testing.. So starting as soon as possible is good, AS LONG AS it does not make you deviate from creating original content. SO the problem is not really "starting AdSense 2 fast".

  • I'm kinda lost what is click bombing?

  • Hello lisa i'm new to adsense and im getting stuck at a certain part. When i get my code i use blue griffon as my html editer and that's where i get stuck at when u paste your code then what do you do. what sight do i go to how do i get ads and so far...all the video's that i seen so far stops when placeing your code...whats next please help....thnks in advance.

  • Thank you Lisa for this video. For the first time ever after a year+ of being an AdSense member, I had to report suspicious activity today. I remembered this video and came back to find the link. I figured it was safer to report it and be covered than get screwed later by not reporting it.

My question is, does it matter what kind of site I build does it have to be a blog or can I build a social website and use that traffic to hopefully create an adsense accounts and hopefully have some additional money coming in,

    Thanks again...

  • Hey lisa, I have a question: I know you should target keywords that have a combination of a high number of searches and low competition, but how exactly do you target them?

  • Hey Lisa, did you hear about Youtube cracking down on make money online and affiliate marketing videos. They are deleting videos about making money online like crazy. Have you heard about this yet?

  • sounds like google just bans accounts and doesn't do any research. Of course, I understand you can use an I.P. scrambler to make it look like each click is a different ip but, google should still be able to tell if its the site owner or one of their relatives. google watches your i.p. even when your only using their search engine to find a website. Sounds like google is just interested in protecting the ones that make them the most money.

  • Thanks it really Helps Me.

  • Great advise lisa it is important to let the newbie know what they are getting into before they get banned.thanks

  • You shud put your theme song as your intro

  • Your really smart, I think it has happen to me.

  • Awesome jingle! :)

  • can u please tell me how I can make a blog and start creating money? I dont even know how to make a blog so can u tell me the simplest way to create it?

  • Thanks for the info...Last year I was sent to your site by Ateyaaa she even mentioned to tell you she sent me. I tried to become friends to send a personal message. I couldn't get my personal message through. but Thanks Again for this info..

  • @Tonia828 Yay for Ateya! :) Thanks for stopping by.

  • @lisa3876 Your Welcome, I appreciate what you do and subbed to your channel inspite of...

  • Google adsense.. SUX. They just axe people with no warning, or legit reason. Things are out of peoples control, but they don't give a squat. I work through a lot of affiliate programs and they just take out that portion of the earnings when things happen outside of a publishers control, such as click bombs, illegitimate sign ups, etc. Google could do that, but they choose to just axe you then take back all the funds you earn. JERKS..

  • hey alisa my blog recently is not showing in google and i am loosing 80% traffic.... i think my blog has been affected by google panda can you tell me what should i do is there any way to get back

  • Lisa you should box for box people, it'll increase your sub count a fair bit. You should also promote smaller channels on yours for X dollars for Y days.

  • @digitalartgirlslive [Oops replied with my other account.] It's not a problem if you're new and no one is abusing your ads as explained your case, but my point is if you are new and something looks suspicious you are more likely to get banned if than someone who is established and has been in the program awhile.

  • Add me to the list. Was banned after a few weeks.

  • Hahaha your little rap at the end= CLASSIC!

  • You should of made this video years ago... LOL

  • so I told my parents they can careless about my site & what I do not youtube well not that they don't care it is just they hate computers in general they are not good with them.

  • @lisa3876 I have also seen Partners on YouTube with 25,000 - 30,000 Subscribers and thousands of views per video get disabled from one video that doesnt have a lot of views and gets a lot of clicks. Many people have no idea how to even enable Analytics for Partner accounts - which are the only people who can enable it now anyways. IVP invites for non partners are a joke. Zero protection on YouTube.

  • @lisa3876 One of the worst things newbies can do is create a Blogspot page and enable ads. That person may have 3 regular viewers, 10 regular viewers, 50 regular viewers, but all it takes is one person to disable you. I have disabled AdSense accounts that I created just to test - made a Blog - enabled a tracker on the blog - clicked at work on a computer I have never used so the IP is new, got disabled - then had the info to supply to AdSense that it wasnt my IP. No dice. Done. Generic Letter.

  • @lisa3876 and by regular viewers, I mean THOUSANDS. The numbers will keep you from gettign disabled if you have EpicMealTime numbers or ShaneDawsonTV numbers. If you're the type of person who gets 300-500 views per Uplaod and someone clicks 50 times, you're done.

  • @lisa3876 Also - there is ZERO PROTECTION FOR YOUTUBERS. The only protection you have as a Partner is to monitor your clicks EVERY SINGLE MINUTE with Analytics. The problem there is that if someone click bombs you, you could be disabled at 4am while you're sleeping and have NO ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY CLOSE IT. How are you supposed to prove where the clicks came from if you have no access? Best thing to do is become Partner and disable your ads until you have regular viewers

  • Awesome info for sure. I want to take some time and thank you for your channel. I have been uploading educational videos on YouTube for 2 years, and never had a website. I found your channel and watched all of your videos. Thanks to you, I finally have a site. Awesome job girl. Your channel is invaluable to us all :)

  • Thanks Lisa!

    Les

  • Great video! Thanks!

  • Should I be concerned?

I just started adsense and was not expecting to hit the threshold for at last 6 months. I met it my first month! The thing is, I only average a click a day, if that. Sometimes I get 1 or 2, some times i go days with out a single click. But the money I'm getting paid for my clicks is scaring me.

  • @BryanOnALaptop You think you are getting paid too much for your few clicks?

  • @presspass123 Sort of. But then again, t could be the type of ads that show on my site pay more then others ads. Or perhaps with my target, people might see the ads and be more interested in going to those sties then staying at my site.

For instance, if I had a page targeting teenage skateboarders and some ad pops up with a national skateboarder on it, they might be like "wow, that's such and such." and then click.

  • You are always right on time with your information! Thanks!

  • Google will usually protect these major accounts who get a lot of traffic obviously, because they make them money so Google has nothing to lose with them.

  • so when you say innocence- I happen to be one of them... and just as my traffic peaked, as so did my clicks- which is natural, granted my traffic spiked because was doing offline marketing as well online... but got banned anyway- not a warning, not a reversal of what they deemed was fake...nothing, nadda- and appeal with a big fat no... I was averaging about 1.5% CTR and my site is a network, so there will be repeat IP addresses because they are members- where do I turn to, I use infolinks now!

  • @gioperation and even on that tip using infolinks is just content links- I have a .9% ctr, but I still perfer the banner type ads more... I think that Google do no evil, sometimes does some evil! and right after that my PR dropped as well. and yes I monitored everything- I just thought was a spike because I had a flood of members as well adding twitter to my mix as well! I would like to get back with them only for youtube though, but since I can't talk to anyone... I was with them 3 years!

  • i have a adsense account but i dont use it i have like 30 dollars on it:) i wait till have a good website or i become youtube partner...

  • i like the rap at the end

  • Hey you look like my aunt!!

  • I didn't click on the ads and got banned. google didnt say why, i wrote an appeal form and they still said no.

  • You are my favorite person on YouTube right now!:) Glad I only clicked an ad on my site once!xD

  • @theinnercreative Agree that it is a shaky business model. Sometimes I wonder how long it will last or if they will only allow certain sites to remain (i.e. you must meet a large traffic requirement, etc.). That's why I encourage people to find other income streams. I can't believe how many people seriously consider quitting their job on this AdSense income stream alone. I think it's very risky. As you said, diversification is best.

  • This happened to me! I've tried everything to get it back! What can I do!? :(

  • my account was banned, anything I can do? anything at all? I tried appealing already, they said no, PLS HELP

  • Thanks Lisa, But if people do it to you all the time do you also hava a risk of being banned? And don´t google check if the clicks come from your own place? And can´t google just automatically cancel all the clicks that come from the same address?

Thanks Lisa, I´working hard on adsense since 2 years and half and I learned most things from you, I wish you all the best!

  • @CanalTal When they realize or don't suspect that it's the site owner doing it, then that's exactly what they do. They just cancel it and credit the advertiser. But newer AdSense publishers are at greater risk from being removed and Google may not be as patient/lenient. But yes you are right, in general, they will credit the advertiser back if the suspect it's a bot or some malicious activity.

  • @lisa3876 Do they? Do they credit the advertiser? I do not think so. When you're disabled from AdSense, if you don't disble your own ads, they will stay running, that is a fact. AdSense does NOT pay back advertisers as much as they should. If they did, advertisers would wonder WTF is going on and why they're paying into AdSense when they're getting reimbursement checks so often. There would and should be a class action lawsuit if everyone got together and actually crunched the numbers.

  • Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for making this video. On the Invalid Clicks Contact Form right at the bottom of the form where it says Quote: "Any data in your site traffic logs or reports that indicate suspicious IP addresses, referrers, or requests:" Do you know what that means and how to find the data that they're asking for? Thank you.

  • @BehindTheCurtain0 People can use bots to actually click on your ads so for example say you notice a 50% CTR on your ads when it's normally 1-2% and you check your Analytics traffic stats and see you got 10,000 visits (or some unusually high number) from the same IP address (and your traffic is not normally near that high). That's just an example. You may not always be able to do this, but it's a heads up in case you notice something weird.

  • DO NOT TELL YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS HOW YOU MAKE MONEY OUT OF THE BLOG, YOU CAN JUST TELL THEM TO CHECK OUT. THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE and I AGREE WITH LISA. THUMBS UP SO OTHERS CAN SEE.

  • I've been blocking adsense ads for many many years with a hosts file, never see em, lol...

  • You know you're one of the only "Internet Marketers" if you pardon the term, who actually has really interesting and informative content. There's hundreds of people out there who will beg you you to subscribe to their channel, only to offer nothing but crap. Yet you really seem to be in it to help people. Really appreciate that ;)

    Best wishes!

  • @boswell255 Oh wow, that means so much. I really do love helping people and I always hope that comes thru with these vids. Thanks again!

  • @boswell255 So true

  • What do you think about Market Samurai?

  • Awesome tips!! Any idea on how to get my site reinstated from three years ago?

  • @sfod223 I've heard of people reapplying after a few years and actually getting back in. I guess it depends on your site, etc.

  • thank you so much for this video! I really wanted to know how to contact google, it's like they hide their contact info! lol.

  • Thanks for the advice!

  • I like your desk :))))

  • Hi Lisa,

Good advice, as always. I have a couple of low traffic sites, so it took forever for me to earn enough to receive my first Adsense payment. The second payment took a little less time. Unless one of my posts goes viral, a high click through rate would be an obvious sign that something is wrong. If I can recognize that, it's a certainty that Google can too. Ray

  • PS still love the song.

  • Great info I can't wait to get started soon.

  • Do you use AVS video editing ? :)

  • @Mrxiiijojjo I use Final Cut Express (Mac)

  • @lisa3876 Oh sorry i just assumed because the text in there is very similar to the one in avs, anyways very awesome advise, and thanks for keeping on doing this ;)

  • Thanks for the info!
