    Are these exercises specific to hoopers because they strengthen the same muscles that we use in hooping, or balance us by strengthening the muscles we don't work out by hooping, or both? Is the goal to improve performance or prevent injury?

    Thanks for watching! yes these exercises are designed to strengthen the muscles used while hoop dancing, but this program can be done for general strength gains as well. The program goals are to improve performance AND prevent injury! :)
