My only critisism is you said now national guard uses non lethal means like rubber bullets .Rubber bullets are rubber coated bullets they still kill people as we have seen in eqypt and people loosin eyes .

clearly some did not shoot, while others shot over the heads of the students rather than at them even tho all troops know they have the right to refuse to carry out any order they feel is illegal or against the constitution. I read 4 dead 12 wounded. 2 dead were not even in the protest, just students walking to class on campus. One boy permanently paralyzed for life.
