UMvC3 Doom TAC glitch, potential infinite damage + meter gain

Cant test this atm but are you sure you gain meter/take away meter from doing this? Because I am certain that someone else posted this glitch but stated there is no meter gain/loss and it pretty similar to ammy's glitch which also does not gain/take away meter.

@aznkid05 the meter gain seems inconsistent, sometimes I will get it, sometimes I won't. Probably depends on how high up you use the exchange.

@SmexyMillz I imagine anyone who can do air series relatively close to the ground. Probably Moorrigan/Felicia/Chun off the top of my head. Might be a way for everyone to exploit it though.
