@dvignets1 el nu metal es una categoria que diferencia la bandas por eso tenemos el hard core, alternativo, metal etc...chevelle esta carcterisado en el nu metal que es la mezcla de sonidos fuertes con suaves....

They've not been crossover artists into top 40 stations like Nickelback or Linkin Park. They're just straight up rock music. For you to watch and comment, you've shown some interest in the least. Have fun hardcore dancin' at your next straight edge show.

@musicalcoffeetoodle As far as genre goes...bands like Slayer/Chevelle/The Beatles/Nickelback/Linkin Park/Cannibal Corpse are pop/rock. Now if you're talking about musical styles, Chevelle is alternative metal. Some songs have post-grunge/hard rock elements and their earlier stuff had some raw grunge. Hardcore referring to "Hardcore Punk" like Hatebreed doesn't promote a sXe lifestyle. I wish to see what "hardcore dancin'" is.

but...lol I already see a couple goofs...

Pete plays all right-handed and whatnot, so throughout the video the guitar strap is on his left shoulder where it should be...but at 1:33, 1:50, and possibly 3:47, you can tell that the video's been flipped horizontally. in one of those shots, you can even see the top of his guitar, on the wrong side! lol I just thought that was interesting. :)
