@edson516 A couple of years ago the 2 pegs on each side of the bridge and peg 12 were awesome for tench n bream as you can see. But after that big flood we had me n my mate have not had even a bite so we always fish at longford now my biggest being a 10 lb mirror. Cant go wrong there in summer one after another.
float fish tight in the margins at dusk using 1 or 2 pieces of sweetcorn on a size 12 hook ,keep hand feeding small hand fulls of sweetcorn and look out for bubbles as this is the tench feeding on the bottom, the best time of year is early summer / late spring
hope i helped mate n good luck with that tench this summer(another good tip is to keep away from the water and as low as possible and you can actually watch them feeding right under your nose!!)
do u live in ashbourne cus i fish dat pond my pb for the pond is a 6lb 60z tench.
