There is two stories shown here.

There are two couples to begin with, the guy in the beginning with the teddy bear was going to give his girlfriend the bear, but he finds out that she was cheating on him. He later drops the teddy bear and some other girl picks it up. After that girl picks it up, she gets a flashback of her old boyfriend that once died in a car crash.
