The vince clarke synth riffs are so prominent in this song. The sound changed so much when he left which was for the better as did DMs sound so much over the years ... Alan wilder brought a much deeper rich sound to the group and when he left they stared to evolve into more of a synth /rock sound quite similair to New Order only in the opposite way as in how they evolved from the Joy Division days to become more tecno..... Awesome posts !
