@D2Kprime-I think it's the one where Harvey shows him the mirror, askin if he wants 2 c something funny, but the blu guy only sees Harvey instead nd laughs at him.
First off, do you have to type this on ever Harvey Kneeslapper video? Second, didn't sesame street come before muppet show? Wouldnt that mean that Fozzie is the Muppet Shows version of Harvey from Sesame Street, not the other way around
BTW, does anyone have the "C" and "D" skits of Harvey Kneeslapper? If so, please be sure to have which ever user that has those sketches upload them for me and everyone else.
Yes, it is funny but, I wonder why does this Fat Blue muppet and the Fat Blue muppet of Mr. Johnson chase Harvey whenever he plays a prank on them? I wonder if their feelings get hurt and they want to tell him their feelings got hurt or, if it hurts them physically whenever he slaps them on the chest where they want to hit him too. (Usually, people who got a prank played on them even if it's a slap on the chest they would giggle and say "that's a good one, you got me.")
@afriendofbean Well, wouldn't you run after Harvey after he stuck a letter or number on your sweater or head? You want them to just stand there like nothing happened? Although that did happen with the U segment.
Probably if Harvey stuck something on me, I would just give him an angry look like I was looking at him like he's crazy. Yes that's true, the Fat Blue Mr. Johnson muppet didn't chase Harvey in the U skit and in the "I" skit, the black mustache Fat Blue muppet didn't chase him. Plus, some of the other skits where Harvey played his prank well were the mailman skit, the "would you like 1 skit" and the "what's a sticky for" skit where the victim didn't chase him but just look surprised or confused
I hope so too. My guess is that after the directors and producers filmed one skit of Harvey Kneeslapper, Frank's voice was probably sounding very low and scratchy after he was probably going to perform a different skit with either Grover, Bert, Cookie Monster, etc. and the directors and producers must have asked him if he was feeling sick, and maybe Frank said that he was giving too many hard laughs for Harvey, so the directors and producers probably decided to retire Harvey from the show.
What gave you that idea? I liked many of the muppet segments and thought the Ernie & Bert ones were very funny. I just saw them SO many times by 1985 that watching them didn't give me a nostalgic feeling, so I didn't collect them. It seemed like they would play them forever, so I didn't feel the need to capture them on tape.
Now, almost 22 years later, they are VERY nostalgic and I wished I had gotten many of them. It's like anything else in life. You don't appreciate something until years later when it's gone. You don't appreciate your youth until you're old (or older). Many people around my age watching these posts didn't think to record Sesame Street at all back then.
I know exactly how you feel. I taped over my Sesame Street tapes, feeling it was childish of me to keep them. Now, of course, I sincerely regret this.
Do you know where I want a P?

Harvey Kneeslapper is the Sesame Street version of Fozzie Bear from "The Muppet Show".

Mstatz does a great job posting these Harvey Kneeslapper clips. To reward the good work, should we give Mstatz an A?

It needs to be said again. Jon Stewart and Harvey Kneeslapper laugh exactly the same.
