I have not heard lasers but I'll take my husband's(lupe fiasco just kidding) word for it that it's not fully his style. I will say that i will buy it though to help him get financially stable enough to put out whatever the heck he wants to without having to wait two years just because the label wants to steal your true identity and give you another one that they have given to most artists(tired of the same thing good grief) before allowing you to proceed

He never shoulda signed a contact if he didn't want to conform, essentially he opted himself into "the industry" - he works for Atlantic and if you refuse to sign a 360 deal in this day and age the label have to recoup all the money you cost them through sales
