I bought it at Home Depot. The body of the sprayer is orange, I believe it was the only one that color. Cost me about $20.

Hmmm ... I'm new to ONR and really not getting on with it. What about dirty wheel arches? I have to say, that arch in the video is actually really clean to start with. What about caked on farm muck, soil and road salt?

Why? This way is just as fast (at least) and requires only 1 product and won't trash my towels.
Why don't you just spray it with Power Clean and then brush with ONR? Then take an old towel/rag to dry off and you wouldn't have to rinse.
