If it did not come with your body when you were born it should not be in you. I worked out naturally for 3 years next to a couple of juice heads in the gym, Sure they got bigger faster then me because they were shooting up roids in the locker room before doing their sets. Today, one is dead of a massive heart attack at 37 and the other cant walk up a flight of stairs without loosing his wind. Me, at 42 I still have 14 inch arms all natural (no roids)! Dont be a Valintino its not worth it guys.
