@The8Elements LOL,LOL, oooh lord i wish i had a $1 for everytime i heard this.ok here we go, education time, listen carefully, Bruce Lee said that in a movie as part of his characters script. In real life bruce lee learned iron palm from James Y Lee,(no relation) and there are many pic of lee breaking boards and bricks on the net. he demoed it in hong kong on television with his son,he loved to sho off in public.also who cares what lee said,he was an actor.
@The8Elements lee influenced me as a child as did shaw bro. kung fu films, again all actors.some were just as good as lee and in just as good of shape. bruce lee is not all he is cracked up to be.he did introduce alot of good training ideas to the west as all we had then was judo and karate.but everything he did was already in china
He might be able to break a brick but what you really have to watch out for with this guy is that he is a liar and does not conduct an honest business. Do not trust his iron palm products. He never sent me my items. All he did was make promises that were never fulfilled.
I doubt the the quality of products now more than ever.
There are a lot of other trust worthy teachers out there. Brain Gray for instance has never failed me nor took me out of my money like this guy.
@samurai7411 not sure what to say about that. compliment or not?? i am working on my jumping ability. i can jump up on a surface above my waist standing flat footed. i would say not too bad. also working on my long jump.
@samurai7411 thank you. you can do it to. i squat and i use a weight vest to prctice standing verticles with. basicly plyometrics.give it a try, you will surprise yourself.
Great technique and demonstrations. I like the fact that you take out the magic and focus on the dedication and training that it takes to be successful. Great job once again.
@jonahblack16 that is a "bagua dummy" used for the 8 palm changes form in bagua. it is made from a tree trunk and 2" cast iron pipe. we get arm cnditioning along with training.
@jonahblack16 the base is a spare tier. i filled it with concrete so it has some weight but will still move some. makes it feel more alive. not perfect but pretty good.
@here2rock247 Thanks a lot! We have worked very hard to achieve these results. God willing we will be able to surpass the traditional limits of iron palm breakers in the past.
I want to see more guys hopefully we do somethin when you come up

What did you use to make the wooden dummy with arms? Also what is it being supported by on the base to make it have that "bouncy" effect?
