I think that, eventually when I get my degree from College, I'll probably save up for one, maybe by then they will go down. I have a PC, it works great right now, but one day I'll get a Mac.
I can get almost 6 hours with the internet and while editing my videos but If I am in my car and not using the internet I can get 7 hours. And I have no idea who makes the hdd or ssd but If you call the apple people on the website Im sure they would tell you.

There is something that bothers me, the new (june) macbook pro's have the integrated battery. Because of this, they do no longer have the "push lever", to remove the cover for the battery and hard drive. Your macbook pro 15 inch, does have this.
This makes me believe it's not the new macbook pro they introduced in June, but rather the old one.
Exactly you are right! ilovebrewers2 you should go back to the apple store or wherever you bought it and tell them that they sold you the old model seeing it doesn't have the built-in battery....
Exactly what I was thinking while I was unboxing this. I realized that it had the same specs as the new model but the body of the old. I took it back to the Apple Store the next day. They were completely confused and it took them an hour for them to switch it out. I was also confused. I did not bother to make an unboxing of this one since I thought no one would notice (but apparently people did.) Thanks for the comment.
