  • 3.375" pulley right? I'm running the 3.5" pulley.

    Nice car man.

  • Thank you

  • Thanks and can you please tell me from where did get this instaled i'm from canada toronto

  • @brarz01 Performance Plus in Madison, WI did the installation. They are an authorized Ford Motorsports dealer.

  • How much did pay for this setup ? Thanks

  • @brarz01 It was just over $7000 installed.

  • Is that intercooled? And what boost are you running? And also do you have any other bolt ons?

  • @Coltsfan18291

Yes, the HO Whipple is intercooled. My current boost is 11 lbs. No other bolt ons at this time.

  • is this super charger for daily use ?

    any side effects ??

    thanks ;)

  • This supercharger can be used daily without even noticing it ,,,until you put your foot in it! Highway mileage stays over 20MPG when driven conservatively. As with any SC, the downside is that you can possible damage your engine or drivetrain if pushed too hard.

  • first of all, thank you for your time and your fast response :)

so, if my driving way is bad :P

i will blow my engine, thus it is better to modify my car with cold air intake, headres , cam

    ?

  • The supercharger is a great way to boost HP. You can do a lot of mods before you get up into the HP output range of a supercharger. As with any HP increase, you run the risk of overtaxing your drivetrain. You can make improvements to the clutch, Tranny, rear end, etc. but there are no guarantees. Things can still break if you push your equipment to the limit!

  • how much boost you running?

  • 11 lbs.

  • I have a 2005 automatic with an HO Whipple and Tune from JDM. Been driving it for 3 years, summer and winter, 435HP to the back wheels with a best of 1.70 60 ft and 12.006 et at 114 mph. Stock engine, blew the tranny tho.

  • Nice times! Sorry to hear about the tranny tho.

  • Stick or Auto?

  • Stock 5 speed manual.

  • Nice!! Whats the compression ratio on these cars stock? // Magnus

  • 9.8:1

  • Sorry, didn't see that in the info. Still, 479 on the stock internals is a time bomb waiting to happen.

  • i love that stock look u kept...nice man!no go whoop some a**!!

  • 564 on stock block? hope you got plans for a rebuild with forged internals soon.

  • Forged internals? The stock block is well engineered and can take 10 psi with no problem. I'm more concerned about the clutch!

  • good luck with it, 450 is about the max i would i go on a stock 4.6 if i wanted it to stay healthy. im going turbo on mine and going to have it tuned for 450,no more. good luck!

  • There aren't many people who are successfully putting much more than 450 to the wheels on stock internals. At 564 you'll be rebuilding it in no time.

  • he only has 479 to the wheels,not 564..

  • There are plenty of people making over 450rwhp without issue. If this is the stock whipple tune then I wouldn't worry at all.

  • even the 4.0's can hold up well up to 400hp...he shouldnt have too much of a problem. yes given time its bound to fail but should hold its ground.

  • is the motor stock and how much boost are you running

  • The motor and drive train are completely stock. The Whipple is putting out 10 lbs. of boost.

  • Thats alotta ponys!!!
