The top button key is stuck....I read your review on amazon, just a typical problem all new products have.

To fix this, you have to place the device in a garbage can, next to all your other cr-Apple products :)

I'm no Pro.. But, It look's like there is a Problem with the Magnets, Did you buy a Smart Cover? You might just have to take it to apple and Hopefully they give you a new One, Or something.

When I received it in the mail 2 days ago I charged the battery to a 100 percent charge before using it.
