I have this mod and it runs great, except the fact that I cant cut throats or I am doing some mistake, plz could anyone help mw with this one out? I always sneak from behind the target, I am unnoticed, I have one handed blade and I sure do the shield block thing in order to cut throat, but it only displays the animation and the target always notices me and attack me. Plz help! Am I supposed to click another button than "shield block"??

You have to have a really good sneak skill to do the throat cut

even if you put the percentage at 100%. Try increasing kill % on  the setup or increase your sneak skill.
