It was really advertised big that this is the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and I was there with our friends, and they had a dance floor so that we can dance. It was held at Arena of Stars at Genting Highlands in Malaysia.
The band pictured at 13 seconds is the real band. (I'm the trombonist 2nd from the right). I don't know who's playing in the video, but dubbCallday is right -- this is not the real GMO.
Well, these guys were flown in from LA just for this performance. They were performing live at the Genting Highlands Arena of Stars on October 31 (Friday) 2008.
This orchestra is indeed licensed per David MacKay, with Glenn Miller Productions. And the other GMO's, like McVay's in England and Salden's in Europe, and others in South Africa, are also licensed through GM Productions.
