So, a cop raping a minor is supported by another cop saying she holds a HIGH regard for this creep and that it was a time of WEAKNESS and that he shouldn't be sent to prison!!

This happened 7/20/07 The "Victim" & his wife told the cop to leave & the cop attach his wife. The cop was there on an unrelated call.

This police officr was released on May 17th 2007 after only 11 months. The old judge gave him a deal.
