I can't believe it. He had a life going for him that other people dream about. Going to med school to become a doctor, a beautiful fiancée. Just like that, gone. He threw away his entire life, and then cowardly committed suicide.

What would make him do that.. He had his whole life ahead of him, he was about to get married, they were both in medical school, now he rots in prison for the rest of his knowing what could have been if he didn't commit murder, which led him to suicide.

@quest8899 More than likely he killed himself because his secrets were exposed and he didn't have control anymore. And probably because he knew he couldn't act out his urges anymore in prison. It obviously controlled his life.
