The dude in the yellow shirt is a beast. He just needs to be careful to land right, and make sure he doesn't land directly on his back or the top of his head. Tuck and roll! But for first timer's this was really good!
seriously, you'll improve faster if you're not wearing jeans while training. sweatpants, shorts, cargos, whatever... just not jeans.
also, when you muscle-up don't climb with your elbows and knees, it's very slow and very inefficient. keep training until you can just pull yourself straight over and try and get a foot flat on top rather than a knee. then when you get past that you can finish with a vault onto the obstacle.
all in all it's pretty good for a first video. keep it up.
@ParkourGladiator Thank you for the tips. definitely appreciated and we will start training using your tips. Can you recommend a brand/ type of shoe to use? the ones i am using have no grip so its very difficult to get a good wall run going.
@TrentonWildBunch It all depends on what you want - Kalenji Success or Feiyues are cheap and light, K-Swiss Si-18s and Puma Cabana Racer IIs are good all round and K-Swiss Ariakes are really expensive. Check out some parkour forums, they usually have a few shoe threads up and you can read reviews on the American Parkour forum
