0:30 - Why don't you were gloves man? Imagine going down a road at 30mph and you come off. Your first reaction is to put your hands out and down to catch yourself. That road now resembles a belt sander and your sliding around on the surface at 30mph or so with your hand palm down. The outcome is going to be pretty ugly. Friend of mine came off without wearing anything, took his hands and fingers right back to the bone and never rode a bike again.
