I hope the comments weren't the reason for your other tracks disappearing, as youtube is a worse place without them. The comments here are divided between those who love and those who hate it - that's got to be a good thing. What's the point in playing it safe all the while. It's content made me pick the song. I always loved it and about a year ago I saw it on YouTube along with a slide show about the events described in the song. I'm not trying to accomplish anything except constructive critisism. But if I may be completely honest, there is a small hidden agenda to it. Like I mentioned in my vid description, it's inspired by Jeff Buckley's performance at Sin-é. So I try to inspire others to look it up. It is amazing!

"Strange Fruit," written by a Jewish schoolteacher, was never "off limits" to anyone to sing. I don't think you should feel that it's not in your place to sing it, as you intimate.
