  • What brand or brands of valves do you have in there may I ask? How many hours are on them?

    Thank you.

  • How's the clean tone on this amp?

  • I have this 100W head too. It' a fantastic amp, there's a lot of regulations, 3 channels with their separate equalization. So you can get your sound!

  • should i get the dsl100 or this one??

  • This one! Dsl 100 is crap compared to this.

  • this is a vintage?this is better than jcm 2000 dsl??

  • yeh this amp kills that shitty 2000 they suck heaps this amp is simple to use has a good distorted sound also has a good clean sound depending on what guitar you use

  • Whell i'm from portugal... Can you help me.. I like, if you still have these head version you make a nu meta sound, like soad, slipkot... Thank you. Nice riffs..

  • this amps good for metal but id advise you to get a equalizer to give it more punch and equal out the tone so its not ear piercing

  • Your welcome,i know this as i used to work at Marshall's up til the end of 2006.

  • Thanks for the help, Mike :-)

  • Thanks for posting these, I trying to figure out what Marshall to buy

  • no prob... which one are you going to buy?

  • Thinking about a Dual Super LEad or a Triple, whichever I find for a good price used. I want a 50 watter... Do they make both in 50 W or only the Dual?

    Thanks for your help. --scott

  • Not sure.. I have a Soldano Decatone which I think is a much better amp than the new Marshalls. Way more articulation and smoother mids including the 30th.

    Check it out..

    Mike

  • they only make the dual in 50 watt or 100,the triple is 100w only.

  • Thanks, firefly. ;-)

  • you can pull the two outter power tubes to make the triple a fifty watt !!!

  • Or, just flick the power switch on the back to low, making it 50wt (if you're talking about this amp and not the tsl) These 6100's are great amps, one of the last great amps Marshall produced, IMHO
