Yeah well. You can cheat whitout console. Ppl Create mods with god items, or something like this, it all makes the game Too easy. At least beat the game 3 times and complete all the guilds and you will maybe deserve it but until than, its no use, i often use theese mods too, becouse the original game is just boring after you beat it more than 10 times, beat Shivering Isles, KotN, All the guilds etc... theres just nothing left in the game you must take your time with something.

@llRazorsEdgell .. You can find mods that change your user interface all over the interwebz. Just google them. There's DarnUI (a favorite), there's some that simply change the font size in your inventory list in order to accommodate more rows of items, then there's a personal favorite, wz_Inventory, which changes the inventory to a grid-like system used in Morrowind. (You can toggle between grid and list views in-game.)

Actually, cheating like fricking crazy makes it fun, but you also need to experience the game in the way it was meant. That means, don't just cheat the entire time you play, you just will make it less interesting. Instead, cheat like crazy on 1 character, and play the game properly on the other.

Put paralyze only on like a bow for the ultimate thief. Just shoot someone with it and everyone is stuck then take whatever you want and leave. XD Easy thieves guild leveling. Of course you can just raise your level in the guild with the console commands but whats the fun in that? XD

No, they don't come back. Everyone that is able to die will not come back after you kill them with the exception of guards who are constantly recycled. All other characters than can not die, such as quest-related characters, are marked with a small crown icon and will not die unless it is supposed to happen in a quest. Otherwise they simply fall unconcious.
